WILLIAMSBURG — Tucker Hale scored four goals and added an assist as Whitley County celebrated Senior Night with an 8-0 victory over Barbourville.
Hale led an impressive offensive performance for the Colonels, who spread the scoring around while continuing their strong stretch of play.
“It was our senior night tonight, so it was nice to recognize our guys and earn the win,” Whitley County coach Michael Branham said. “We are playing well right now and have maintained possession and created a lot of chances.”
Tootie Mahan finished with a goal and an assist while Noah Rector also recorded a goal and an assist. Sky Mahan and Caden Collett each added a goal to round out Whitley County’s scoring.
Brayden Hale helped fuel the Colonels’ attack with three assists while Tucker Hale’s assist gave him five total goal contributions on the night.
“The boys played unselfish tonight and spread the ball around,” Branham said.
