WILLIAMSBURG — Williamsburg struggled in serve-receive Tuesday as the Lady Yellow Jackets dropped a 3-0 decision to McCreary Central in volleyball action.
The loss dropped Williamsburg to 0-2 on the season.
Lady Yellow Jackets coach Marissa Downs credited McCreary Central for its performance while pointing to an area her team must improve moving forward.
“Serve-receive killed us again,” Downs said. “Credit to McCreary, they have a solid team. We know what we need to work on, and all we can do is come in tomorrow morning and get after it.”
