BEATTYVILLE — Lynn Camp’s bats came alive Friday, collecting 25 hits during the Lady Wildcats’ 19-4 win.

Julie Moore got the job done at the plate and in the pitcher’s circle, going 4-for-4 with three RBI, and three runs scored while allowing only three hits and two earned runs and finishing with two Ks.

Bella Gambel was red-hot at the plate as well, going 4-for-4 with three RBI, and two runs scored while Alyssa Weymers was 3-for-3 with three runs scored. Bailey Disney delivered three hits and two RBI while Lorelai Prewitt finished with three hits and an RBI. Lauren Partin had two hits, an RBI, and scored three times while Emma Burnette delivered two hits, and two RBI. Raegan Knuckles had a hit and two RBI.

“The girls bounced back from yesterday’s game and picked up a win,” Lynn Camp coach Nikki Hendrix said. “Julie Moore started on the mound for us and she took care of business, along with some good defensive plays. We hit the ball extremely well tonight, everyone in the starting line up got at least one base hit and several had extra base hits. Bella Gambel and Julie both went 4-for-4 tonight, while Lily, Lauren, Lorelia, Bailey, and Alissa had three hits each. Hope we can carry this momentum over to next week.”

The win improved Lynn Camp to 6-15.
