RICHMOND — Just when it looked as if Corbin had taken a step forward with its win over Clay County this past weekend, the Lady Redhounds take a step back after dropping a 70-61 decision to Madison Southern while falling to 11-9.
Corbin fell behind 17-6 in the first quarter, and played catch-up the remainder of the game.
Aubree Clemens led the Lady Redhounds with 15 points while Lynlee Pietrowski added 12 points. Izzy Walker added 11 points while Lydia King chipped in 10 points.
