Middlesboro picked up a big road win Thursday, edging Somerset 39–34 to improve the Lady Yellow Jackets to 9–5 on the season.
In a tightly contested, low-scoring battle, Middlesboro made the key plays down the stretch to secure the five-point victory.
Emily Lambert led the way for the Lady Yellow Jackets with 16 points while Millie Roberts added 10 points.
