WILLIAMSBURG — Barbourville turned in a strong all-around effort on Monday, pulling away for a 63-33 victory over Williamsburg.
The win improves the Tigers to 3-7 on the season, while Williamsburg fell to 1-11.
Barbourville used balanced scoring and steady defensive pressure to separate early and maintain control throughout the contest.
Four Tigers reached double figures, highlighting their depth.
Logan Stepp led the way with 14 points, while Chase Wilder followed with 12. Carter Deaton added 11 points, and Noah King chipped in eight as Barbourville built a comfortable lead and never looked back.
Williamsburg was paced by Reece Hatcher, who scored 17 points to lead all Yellow Jackets. Lane Jeffries added 10 points, but Williamsburg struggled to generate consistent offense against Barbourville’s defense.
