Yellow Jackets finish Redmond Auto Group Holiday Classic with 0-3 mark

PINEVILLE — Williamsburg finished the Third Annual Redmond Auto Group Holiday Classic with an 0-3 mark after falling to Grainger County, 70-33, on Monday. 

The Yellow Jackets had trouble scoring throughout the tournament, finishing with 19, 31, and 33 points during their three-game stay.

Williamsburg (1-9) trailed 23-5 after the first quarter, and never got on track.

The Yellow Jackets faced a 42-17 deficit at halftime, and were down, 61-27, entering the fourth quarter.

Reece Hatcher led Williamsburg with 14 points while Lane Jeffries had nine points.
