CORBIN — Two goals by Mary Simons and a goal by Sophie Cima allowed Corbin to defeat Model on Monday, 3-0.
The Lady Redhounds improves to 7-10, and will now focus on next week’s 49th District Tournament.
“I’m really proud of the team tonight,” Corbin coach Hannah Goins said. “We came away with a solid 3-0 win. It took us a little while to get going in the first half, but once we settled in, we played a great second half.”
