WILLIAMSBURG — Whitley County’s junior Kierra Mullins scored her team’s lone goal during the Lady Colonels’ 1-0 win over Richmond Mosel on Thursday.
The win improved Whitley County to 7-4-1 on the season.
“Great win tonight for the Lady Colonels,” Whitley County coach Nick Shearer said. “Senior Verandi Santos played great minutes tonight and was able to celebrate a victory on senior night. Really proud of our defense and Goalie Rheagen Strickland for keeping a clean sheet against Model tonight. Big win for the Colonels but we are on to the next.”
