RICHMOND — Despite being shorthanded due to injuries and suspension, David Broyles’ North Laurel Jaguars held their own before falling, 5-0, to Madison Central on Tuesday.
“We came out tonight and played really well for the first 50 minutes of the game,” Broyles said. “We were shorthanded tonight with two of our starting defenders out due to injury and suspension, but overall, I liked our effort. We gave up the first goal on a defensive mistake and things kind of snowballed on us. We will regroup and get ready for next week and continue working toward improving.”
