The Corbin Redhounds dropped to 4-4-1 on the season after suffering a 3-0 road loss to Berea on Tuesday in boys’ soccer action.
It marked the second consecutive match the Redhounds have been held scoreless.
Corbin coach Roger Taylor pointed to a combination of missing personnel and an early penalty as key factors in the setback.
“Injuries and suspensions to four starters and an early soft penalty call against us resulted in a very poor showing from the team,” Taylor said. “We will try to put this behind us and move on.”
