HARLAN — Abbi Fields’ home run highlighted Harlan’s 9-0 win over Bell County during Monday’s 52nd District softball Tournament.
Fields finished with a home run, three RBI, and a run scored while Ella Lisenbee went 2-for-3 with two RBI and two runs scored, Jordyn Smith finished with two hits, two RBI, and a run scored while Ella Farley had two hits, an RBI, and scored twice. Addison Jackson finished with two hits and scored once while Ava Nunez had a hit and an RBI. Gracie Hensley and Addison Campbell both scored once apiece.
The Lady Green Dragons scored three runs in the first inning before adding six runs in the second inning.
Smith dominated in the circle, allowing only two hits while striking out six batters.
