MANCHESTER — Clay County’s Holly Hacker came up clutch during Tuesday’s 4-3 come from behind win over Whitley County.
The Lady Tigers trailed 3-1 entering the bottom of the sixth before Hacker’s two-run double scored the game-tying and game-winning runs. She finished with a 3-for-4 effort at the plate while finishing with three doubles, and two RBI.
Madison Sizemore, Emi Reynolds and Sidney Stewart each contributed two hits each, with Sizemore and Stewart driving in a run a piece.
Jazlynn Brown led Whitley County with three hits and a run scored while Hallie Huddleston, Jalyn McKay, and Katelyn Shepherd each finished with a hit and an RBI apiece.
