PINEVILLE — The Bell County Lady Cats put together a dominant four-quarter performance Tuesday, rolling past Lynn Camp 55-19.
Bell County (13-3) set the tone early, jumping out to a 16-6 lead after the first quarter and never looking back.
The Lady Bobcats continued to dominate in the second quarter, outscoring Lynn Camp 17-3 to take a commanding 33-9 advantage into halftime.
Bell County outscored the Lady Wildcats 17-3 in the third quarter, pushing its lead to 50-12 and putting the game out of reach.
Nevaeh Allen led the way for Bell County with 14 points, knocking down 5-of-8 shot attempts from the floor while adding three 3-pointers. She also had six steals and two rebounds.
Bristal Jordan finished with nine points, including a pair of three-pointers while Aubree Miracle added eight points and seven rebounds. Kairi Lamb chipped in eight points and pulled down seven rebounds.
Bell County’s defense was the story of the game, forcing 30 turnovers while winning the rebounding battle, 19-15, and held Lynn Camp to just 4-of-27 shooting from the floor.
