CORBIN — After posting a 1-1 mark during this past weekend’s tri-match, Krystal Jones’ Corbin Lady Redhounds were back in action Monday against Somerset.
Corbin never got on track against the Lady Briar Jumpers, dropping 2-1 decision.
Somerset captured the first set with ease, winning, 25-6 while the Lady Redhounds answered with a 25-23 win in the second set.
Corbin was hoping to continue its impressive play in the third set, but the Lady Briar Jumpers answered with a 25-23 victory to secure the win.
The loss dropped the Lady Redhounds to 18-8.
