South Laurel’s Williams tosses two-hitter during 13-0 rout of Greenup County 

FORT WALTON, Fla. — An eight-run first inning was all South Laurel’s needed during its 13-0 rout of Greenup County on Tuesday.

The Lady Cardinals (5-2) pounded out 10 hits while receiving an impressive pitching effort from Kenzie Williams.

Williams tossed a complete game shutout, allowing only two hits while striking out six batters.

Morgan Jackson delivered two hits, and two RBI while scoring once in the win. Addison Baker finished with two hits, an RBI, and a run scored while Bailey Frazier had a hit, two RBI, and three runs scored. Audrey Likens and Sadie Lewis both finished with a hit, two RBI, and a run scored apiece while Skye Lawson had a hit, an RBI, and a run scored. Ryleigh Bretz finished with a hit and two runs scored while Williams delivered a hit and two RBI.
