Eighth grader Aden Gregory scores game-high 28 points during Oneida Baptist’s 105-32 win over Red Bird

MCKEE — Oneida Baptist earned a matchup with North Laurel on Tuesday thanks to a 105-32 win over Red Bird.

The Mountaineers dominated from beginning to end on Monday, recording a 105-32 win over Red Bird During first round action of the 49th District Tournament.

Eighth grader Aden Gregory led the way with 28 points while Jacob Rogers scored 23 points, and Tommy Branstutter finished with 17 points.

“It was good to get a game under our belt at the tournament site and to get all of our kids plenty of minutes,” Oneida Baptist coach Larry Gritton said. “We are excited for the opportunity against a quality opponent in what should be a great district tournament atmosphere tomorrow night. I love my kids and am looking forward to going to battle with them.”
