HAZARD — Jackson County rallied from a double digit first half deficit to knock off Hazard, 55-50.
Senior Abby Gilbert notched a triple-double, leading the way with 23 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 blocks while freshman Hannah Jackson tallied 15 of her 19 points in the game’s final eight minutes.
Annslee Nichols hit three 3-pointers, and scored nine points while Jackson County finished 14-of-28 from the floor.
