Jackson County’s boys’ cross country team placed 20th out of 36 teams during Saturday’s Class A State Championship meet in Paris, finishing with 517 points while Williamsburg turned in a 23rd place effort with 532 points.
Harlan’s Dylan Cox turned in the best effort for a 13th Region runner, placing 64th with a time of 18:23.69 while Nick Baird led Williamsburg with a 65th place finish (18:25.94).
Keiton Anderson led Jackson County with a 72nd place effort (18:33.09).
