MIDDLESBORO — Harlan County went on the road and got a huge 52nd District win, defeating Middlesboro, 40-32.
The Lady Black Bears evened their record at 10-10 and exacted some revenge. They had dropped a 62-31 decision to the Lady Yellow Jackets (11-7) back on Jan. 23.
Taylynn Napier got the hot-hand for Harlan County, hitting five 3s while finishing with 16 points. Jaylee Cochran scored 11 points while hitting 8-of-10 from the free-throw line.
Addison Lucas, and Emily Lambert led Middlesboro with 11 points apiece.
