Whitley County rolls past Harlan County behind Cima’s seven-goal effort

WILLIAMSBURG — Whitley County kept its offensive surge rolling on Tuesday, shutting out Harlan County, 12-0.

Rizzo Cima continued his incredible scoring pace, following up Monday’s six-goal performance with seven more against the Black Bears. He now leads the 13th Region with 49 goals this season.

The Colonels (10-7-1) have outscored their opponents 29-0 over the past two contests while picking up their ninth shutout of the year.

Also scoring for Whitley County were Bryson Mahan with three goals, Levi Huddleston with one, and Brody Moses with one.

Harlan County fell to 7-3 with the loss.
