FORT WALTON, Fla. — Emmie Rice delivered two hits and two RBI while Bailey Frazier finished with two hits and two runs scored, helping South Laurel to slip past South Oldham with a 5-3 win.
The Lady Cardinals (6-2) were outhit 9-6, but made every hit they had count.
Kenzie Williams delivered a hit and two RBI while Morgan Jackson finished with a hit and scored twice.
South Laurel pushed across two runs in the top of the third to take a 3-2 edge before adding two insurance runs in the top of the seventh inning to wrap-up the win.
Williams notched 10 Ks, and tossed a complete game, allowing nine hits and three earned runs.
