Lady Panthers remain perfect in district play with 76-19 win over Lynn Camp 

BARBOURVILLE— Knox Central improved to 16-4 and 2-0 against 51st District opponents thanks to an easy 76-19 win over Lynn Camp on Friday.

The Lady Panthers can clinch the No. 1 seed with a win over Barbourville on Feb. 4.

The loss drops the Lady Wildcats to 5-11 overall and 0-3 against 51st District opponents. 

Knox Central led from the get-go, building a 24-7 lead at the end of the first quarter, and a 43-14, advantage at halftime.

The Lady Panthers outscored Lynn Camp, 20-0, in the third quarter to put the game out of reach.

Shelbie Mills led Knox Central with 18 points while Halle Collins added 16 points. Hannah Melton scored 14 points while MacKenzie Hensley finished with 10 points. Kylie Smith scored all eight of her points in the fourth quarter. 

Lily Henize led Lynn Camp with 10 points while Lauren Partin added seven points.
