Tony Pietrowski notches career win No. 500 as Redhounds cruise past Lynn Camp 

CORBIN — Corbin’s Tony Pietrowski captured his 500th career win as Redhound coach after his squad handed Lynn Camp a 74-28 win over Lynn Camp in pool play action of the Grace Health Cumberland Falls Invitational.

The outcome was never in doubt as Corbin pounced on the Wildcats early, leading 34-7 entering the second quarter.

The Redhounds’ lead grew to 57-9 at halftime, and 68-21 entering the fourth quarter.

Corbin’s record improves to 7-3 while Lynn Camp falls to 1-10.

“Solid effort by our team today,” Pietrowski said. “We played well in Gatlinburg and have put some good practices together. Carried that over to the floor today.

“Five hundred wins is surreal honestly,” he added. “I’ve been blessed throughout my career with extremely supportive administration, an exceptional coaching staff, some great players, the love and support of my family, as well as the community. My name is next to all those wins, but so many have contributed to our programs success. I’m very blessed.”

Connor Middleton led the Redhounds with 14 points while Lucas Brittain finished with 12 points and Dawson Farmer added 11 points. Eli Pietrowski and Conner Blackburn added eight points apiece.

Ethan Chafin led Lynn Camp with seven points while Caleb Wilburn finished with six points.
