Redhounds’ struggles continue, drop fourth straight game with loss to Paducah Tilghman

The Redhounds dropped their fourth straight game during first round action of the Kentucky Class 2A Tournament in Saturday.

Corbin (14-6) fell behind 8-1 before scoring two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning, but it was too little too late.

The Redhounds were limited to only one hit as Kade Elam connected with a single, and scored once. Walker Landrum and Bradric Helton drove in a run apiece.

Jeremiah Gilbert took the loss, lasting three innings while surrendering four hits and six earned runs. He finished with four strikeouts. 

Will Freeman pitched an inning, allowing a hit and a run while striking out a batter. Elam pitched the final three innnings, giving up three hits and two earned runs.
