RED-HOT START: Jackson County freshman Kylie Moore starting season off with impressive offensive numbers

MCKEE — What a start to the season Jackson County freshman Kylie Moore has put together.

After turning in a 6-for-7 effort at the plate that saw her drive in four runs and score seven times during the Lady Generals’ two wins on Saturday, Moore’s numbers at the plate are astounding.

She is now batting a red-hot .646 on the season, batting 11-of-17 at the plate.

But that’s not all.

Moore has an impressive 1.843 OPS, and a 1.176 slugging percentage while totaling four doubles, one triple, five RBI, and three runs scored, as Jackson County’s record stands at 3-2.
