Harlan County got back on track Saturday with a 63-33 road win over Clay County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taytum Griffin hit four 3-pointers and scored 17 points in the win while Ella Karst scored 11 points, and Kylie Jones added eight points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mackenzie Sizemore scored 14 points for Clay County while Lauryn Sizemore added six points for the Lady Tigers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lady Black Bears took control of the game early, building a 16-9 lead in the first quarter behind Karst\u2019s seven points, and Griffin\u2019s six points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harlan County\u2019s lead grew to 29-12 at halftime after the Lady Black Bears outscored Clay County, 13-3, in the second quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Griffin scored four points while Jones added three points in the quarter for Harlan County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lady Black Bears put the game away with 18 points in the third quarter. They hit 6-of-7 from the charity stripe during the period while Griffin scored six points, and Jones added five points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
