STANFORD \u2014 Brooks Cawood\u2019s South Laurel Cardinals battled to their second draw this season, finishing with a one-all tie against Boyle County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBlake Robinson scored on a great ball from Jase Jones,\u201d Cawood said. \u201cAfter that, they were able to convert a penalty kick off of a hand ball in the box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt was a great game for us, possession wise but finishing continues to be our biggest downfall,\u201d he added. \u201cWe had some good looks that we really should have capitalized on. Defensively, our back line was solid tonight.  They did very well at closing in to force errors and get the ball moving up the field.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
