They have only lost one set out of the 19 they have played against the Lady Cardinals during the two teams\u2019 past six meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Corbin won the first set with ease, 25-19, before capturing the second set, 25\u201314. South Laurel (3-9) managed to win the third set, 25-23, but the Lady Redhounds out the match away with a 25-18 win in the fourth set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTonight was a great district win for us,\u201d Coebin coach Vanessa Ross said. \u201dWe played well overall. In the third set we made way too many errors and played from behind the entire time. We had a lot of it good moments where we ran a lot of good plays and made smart decisions. We obviously have things we need to work on to improve but at the end of the day a win is a win especially when it\u2019s a district one. Proud of my team. Go Hounds.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
