BEREA \u2014 The Lynn Camp Wildcats kept their unbeaten season rolling in dominant fashion, shutting out Berea on the road, 43-0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a night to remember for the Wildcats\u2019 ground game, as three different running backs eclipsed the 100-yard mark. DJ Wren led the charge with over 200 rushing yards, while Braylon Humfleet and Jamie Gregory each topped the century mark themselves. Humfleet also made his presence felt on special teams, returning a punt for another touchdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m really proud of our guys,\u201d Lynn Camp coach Darrell Hendrix said. \u201cWe had a good week of practice cleaning up somethings we had been struggling at. Offensive line blocked their tails off tonight. Braylon also returned another punt for a touchdown. We started Conner Mabe at quarterback tonight and he did great. Our defense had a great night. I\u2019m pretty sure that\u2019s the first shutout we\u2019ve had in a long time. We will get back to work and prepare for a very good Knott County team.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wildcats\u2019 defense set the tone early and never let up, not only keeping Berea off the scoreboard but also limiting them to minimal yardage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
