Corbin won another meet while North Laurel turned in another stellar effort placing 16 points behind the Redhounds in Saturday\u2019s Berea Invitational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyler Harris\u2019 Corbin Redhound squad took home another first place trophy with 60 points. South Laurel, who had three of the top five finishers, finished fourth with 173 points. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Williamsburg placed fifth (178 points) while Whitley County (188), and Jackson County (203) followed in sixth and seventh place respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13th Region teams Harlan (18th, 462 points), and Knox Central (19th, 485) also participated in the 21-team event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

South Laurel\u2019s Jacob Tapscott won the race with a personal record time of 16:59.91 while teammate Will Stanko turned in a second place finish (17:03.59). Koby Perkins led Corbin with a fourth place effort (17:46.84) while South Laurel\u2019s Nathanael Turner placed fifth (17:54.00).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corbin\u2019s Ethan Slone (7th, 17:59.75), and North Laurel\u2019s Josh Hoskins (8th, 18:02.84) each finished in the top 10, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connor Partin was Whitley County\u2019s top runner with an 11th place effort (18:11.62) while Alex Coleman (25th, 18:46.19) led Williamsburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kenton Zander turned out to be Jackson\u2019s County top runner (30th, 18:54.88) while Dylan Cox led the way for Harlan with a 33rd place finish (19:03.56). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Landon Howard led Clay County (43rd, 19:28.50) while Knox Central\u2019s Trevor Smith finished 82nd with a time of 20:50.28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbourville\u2019s Jaydon Barnett placed 99th (22:09.39) while Lynn Camp\u2019s Clayton White placed 126th (24.07.66).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
