MIDDLESBORO \u2014 Keevi Betts turned in her best performance in a Middlesboro Lady Yellow Jackets uniform while leading her team to a spot in Tuesday\u2019s 13th Region All \u2018A\u2019 Classic Tournament championship game with an 80-64 win over Pineville.
Betts dominated form the tip-off, scoring 13 points in the first quarter, eight points in the second quarter, 15 points in the third quarter, and eight points in the fourth quarter, tallying a game-high and career-best 44 points in the win.
Middlesboro led 24-16 at the end of the first quarter and 43-28 at halftime before taking a commanding 67-47 lead into the fourth quarter.
Emily Lambert also turned in an impressive effort for the Lady Yellow Jackets, hitting six 3-pointers while finishing with 23 points.
