After a perfect 8-0 week last week, my pick\u2019ems record now stands at 44-10, which puts me over the 80 percent mark for the season at 81.4 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They’re gonna be some tough games this week, but I\u2019m hoping to turn in another stellar day of pick\u2019ems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scott, Tenn. at Whitley County<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Colonels need a win in a bad way, and they\u2019ll get it this week with ease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prediction – Whitley County 28, Scott, Tenn. 7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Southwestern at Harlan County<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Black Bears will look to get off to a good start in district play but it won\u2019t be easy. The Warriors are better than their record indicates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prediction – Southwestern 34, Harlan County 14<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Williamsburg at Pineville<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Yellow Jackets haven\u2019t been in action in three weeks, but after shaking off a little bit of rustiness, look for Williamsburg to roll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prediction \u2014 Williamsburg 49, Pineville 7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harlan at Middlesboro<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Yellow Jackets are hitting stride at the right time. They for Middlesboro is to get healthy. This team will make a run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prediction – Middlesboro 34, Harlan 14<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knox Central at McCreary Central<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Panthers will remain red-hot against an improved Raiders squad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prediction – Knox Central 28, McCreary Central 12<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

North Laurel at South Laurel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will be an interesting game. The Jaguars have to find a way to score point because the Cardinals will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prediction – North Laurel 24, South Laurel 14<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bell County at Rockcastle County<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were hoping to be able to live stream this game as the game of the week, but you know how that\u2019s been going lately. The Rockets are tough to beat at home, and will have to run the ball to win. If Bell County contains the run, the Bobcats will win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prediction – Bell County 21, Rockcastle County 7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corbin at Johnson Central<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This could be one of those bad matchups for Corbin. The Redhounds have to get their ground game rolling and score early because Johnson Central will run the ball and eat the clock to attempt to keep the ball out of Kade Elam\u2019s hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
