The Lady Cardinals are winners of three straight but will be tested this week with No. 2 Corbin paying a visit to Gilliam Field on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The trio of Belle Dotson, Josie Gill, and Ella Rison have combined for 39 goals, and 12 assists. Dotson has 17 goals and 12 assists while Gill has 12 goals, and nine assists. Rison has 10 goals, and eight assists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keeper Tess Little has five shutouts this season while allowing only six goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Corbin (8-3, 2-0)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Lady Redhounds are the hottest team in the region. They\u2019ve won seven in a row including last week\u2019s 6-0 victory over No. 3 North Laurel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The duo of Grace Gibson and Olivia Miller have been hard to handle. Gibson has 27 goals, and 12 assists while Jones has 20 goals, and 19 assists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
All eyes are on Thursday\u2019s road matchup with No. 1 South Laurel. Who will come out on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. North Laurel (2-3, 0-1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Lady Jaguars only have five games under their belts but will begin to see a lot of matches here in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
North Laurel suffered a 6-0 setback to Corbin last week and will try to get back on track with games against Madison Southern, No. 4 Whitley County, and Mercer County this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Lady Jaguars have been held scoreless for three games in a row, and haven\u2019t scored a goal since August 22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Whitley County (4-4, 2-2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Lady Colonels haven\u2019t been able to get over the hump yet but have played one heck of a schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They do get a chance to move up in the rankings if they can get past No. 3 North Laurel at home Thursday. Whitley County has never beaten the Lady Jaguars, losing all 14 meetings they have played against North Laurel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
