Broyles helped guide the Jaguars to a 15-6-3 mark along with a 49th District title, the boys\u2019 soccer program\u2019s first-ever 13th Region championship, and an appearance in the KHSAA State Tournament\u2019s Elite Eight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He finished with 13 goals, and a team-best 10 assists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTanner is the type of player that we look for in our program, a player that can score but also make his teammates better on the field,\u201d North Laurel coach David Broyles said. \u201cIn the four years he\u2019s played for our high school team, you could see a change in the team dynamic and a major shift in the work ethic. This past season, the team was able to make it further than any team in the school’s history, and Tanner played a crucial role in that accomplishment. He was a very dependable player and leader, and he will definitely be missed on the field next season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
