LANCASTER \u2014 South Laurel got back to its winning ways on Monday after suffering one of its worst losses of the season on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lady Cardinals (10-4) scored early and often, defeating Garrard County, 6-1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Josie Gill lex the way with three goals, and one assists while Gracie a hoskins had two goals, and two assists. Ella Rison finished with one goal, and two assists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cComing off of a tough loss Saturday, we took tonight\u2019s game to reset and refocus,\u201d South Laurel coach Lora Rison said. \u201cGarrard certainly had some key players but we were able to put together what we\u2019ve been working on and come out with the win.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

South Laurel will travel to play Somerset on Thursday to finish regular season play. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
