Kenna Lawson got the save, pitching the final 2 2\/3 of an inning while allowing three hits, and only one earned run. She finished with seven strikeouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Middlesboro (16-13) has now won eight of its last 11 games while the Lady Green Dragons fall to 6-20 after upsetting top-seeded Bell County on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Lady Yellow Jackets took a 4-1 lead in the first inning, and never looked back. They added three more runs to increase their lead to 7-1 before Harlan scored three runs in the fifth inning to cut its deficit to 7-4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Middlesboro put the game way with four runs in the bottom of the fifth inning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Raehgan Moyers went 1-for-3 with two RBI, and a run scored. Kenna Lawson was 2-for-3 with three runs scored while Kolbi Mason had a hit, and an RBI. Alexis Middleton drove in a run while Macy Bruce, and Keevi Betts each had a hit, and a run scored apiece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Abby Fields hit a home run for Harlan, and finished with three RBI, and a run scored while Ella Lisenbee had two hits, an RBI, and a run scored. Ava Nunez finished with a hit, and two runs scored while Ally Kirby, Gracie Hensley, Kendyll Blanton, and Amy Roman each finished with a hit apiece.
